- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, days, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Ensure station is ready to work at the scheduled time in proper uniform
- Maintain a brisk and steady pace with organized and efficient work steps
- Follow 100 percent recipe knowledge during preparation and assistance
- Use scales, measuring spoons, and recipe cards for precise portion control
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment in like-new condition practicing clean as you go
- Complete required productivity levels balancing quality and quantity of work
- Organize and stock supplies ahead of rush periods
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a safe working environment adhering to OSHA guidelines
- Handle safe food practices and proper food receiving, rotating, and stocking
- Provide prep support as needed
