Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Physical capability to perform consistent activity including walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to undergo a background check
  • Ability to perform each essential job duty

  • Maintenance of high safety standards in the workplace
  • Ability to analyze and interpret general business and technical information

Job Qualifications

  • Kitchen experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to learn all stations on the kitchen line
  • Familiarity with POS systems
  • Basic mathematics skills
  • Ability to understand and interpret written and oral instructions
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Commitment to upholding safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards
  • Ensure all food orders are accurately portioned to maintain low food costs
  • Maintain high levels of quality and presentation in all dishes
  • Uphold sanitization standards as per company and state regulations
  • Foster a safe and hazard-free kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Operate POS system efficiently for order processing
