Job Requirements

At least 18 years of age
Ability to work weekends and holidays
Physical capability to perform consistent activity including walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
Willingness to undergo a background check
Ability to perform each essential job duty
Genuine commitment to the company’s core values
Maintenance of high safety standards in the workplace
Ability to analyze and interpret general business and technical information

Job Qualifications

Kitchen experience preferred but not required
Ability to learn all stations on the kitchen line
Familiarity with POS systems
Basic mathematics skills
Ability to understand and interpret written and oral instructions
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Commitment to upholding safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards
Ensure all food orders are accurately portioned to maintain low food costs
Maintain high levels of quality and presentation in all dishes
Uphold sanitization standards as per company and state regulations
Foster a safe and hazard-free kitchen environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Operate POS system efficiently for order processing
