Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds
Willingness to work weekends and holidays
Ability to learn and work all kitchen stations
Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
May require background check

Job Qualifications

Kitchen experience preferred but not required
Ability to perform all essential cooking duties
Understanding of food safety and sanitization standards
Ability to operate POS system
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work weekends and holidays
Basic math skills for portion control

Job Duties

Prepare high-quality food items according to company standards
Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of kitchen and food preparation areas
Ensure food safety and compliance with health regulations
Accurately portion food to control costs
Operate POS system for order processing
Collaborate with team members to maintain operational efficiency
Monitor and uphold safety standards to protect staff and guests
