Job Requirements
- Available to work any shift with open availability
- Must be able to attend scheduled shifts punctually
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to cooking
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
- Willingness to adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Must comply with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0-2 years of related cooking experience beneficial
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety standards
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
- Commitment to maintaining a healthy and safe working environment
Job Duties
- Prepare, portion, cook, and present hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special/catered events
- Read and follow recipes and product directions accurately
- Operate a grill station and/or prepare food for a la carte service
- Attend work on time and with satisfactory regularity
- Reduce food waste and contribute to a team-oriented kitchen environment
- Adapt to different duties as assigned dependent on account and client requirements
