Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous food preparation experience beneficial
- standing and walking 100 percent of the time
- ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally
- adherence to sanitary and safety standards
- availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- prepare food according to Parkhurst recipes and enforce batch cooking method
- ensure quality and quantity of food throughout service using production sheets
- maintain proper line presentation including garnished pans and appropriate utensils
- keep food at proper serving temperatures
- communicate with line servers and management daily about food items and supply needs
- complete daily production sheets and properly store and date food items
- follow HACCP guidelines for leftovers and adhere to cleaning schedules using clean as you go techniques
- maintain proper uniform and personal hygiene
- follow Parkhurst Gold Standards and Smile Plus hospitality imperatives
- assist team members when needed
- perform other duties as assigned by management
