Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus
  • ensure that all food is served in a timely manner and meets quality standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen including work stations and equipment
  • adhere to all health and safety guidelines ensuring food safety and sanitary procedures are strictly followed
  • collaborate with the culinary team to plan and develop recipes and menus
  • monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering food supplies when necessary
  • assist in training and mentoring kitchen staff as needed
