Job Requirements
- 1 year of prep cook or line cook experience in a busy food service operation is preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of rules and regulations regarding health, safety, and sanitation
- Must be able to speak, read and understand English well enough for effective communication and recipe preparation
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and provide proof upon hire
- Reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Sets up stations according to restaurant guidelines
- Successfully executes assigned station whether pizza, salad, fry, grill or saute
- Maintains Health Department safe food handling regulations and guidelines
- Follows recipes, portion controls and presentations specifications
- Rotates food in walk-ins and freezers to minimize waste and spoilage
- Cleans and maintains station
- Must be able to properly use and maintain all equipment in each station for which you are trained
- Prioritizes work responsibilities effectively
- Other duties as requested/assigned
