Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of cooking experience preferred
  • Ability to work full time Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Ability to understand and follow food safety regulations
  • Must comply with all company safety requirements including use of protective gloves and safe lifting
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Qualifications

  • Two years of line cooking or grill cooking experience preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to follow standardized recipes and portion control
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and safety in the kitchen
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
  • Commitment to providing high-quality food service
  • Must adhere to company policies and safety procedures

Job Duties

  • Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
  • Serves meals ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation
  • Uses established ticket collection procedures during service
  • Cleans kitchen and maintains high standards of cleanliness
  • Stores or discards excess food according to safe food-handling procedures
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of refrigerators and storerooms
  • Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed
  • Assists in production planning, record keeping, and reporting
  • Orders and receives food and supplies as required
  • Reports maintenance needs and equipment issues promptly
  • Attends in-service and safety meetings
  • Maintains positive working relationships with coworkers and supervisors
  • Performs job safely and maintains a clean, safe work environment
  • Ensures proper presentation, portion control, and following HACCP standards
  • Abides by company safety policies including use of protective gloves and proper lifting techniques
  • Performs other duties as assigned
