Job Duties
- assist with front line food preparation procedures
- assist with front of house operations
- wipe down tables and maintain a clean dining room
- keep the parking lot clean
- ensure customer satisfaction by providing quick and efficient service
- maintain consistent quality product portions
- operate all equipment safely abiding by policies and procedures
- follow verbal and written instructions including reading recipes
- tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs and stooping for extended periods
- work rapidly and accurately during rush periods
