Job Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Previous culinary experience
  • Sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Familiarity with hotel kitchen operations is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor with a warm and friendly attitude

Job Duties

  • Prepare high-quality meals according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
  • Ensure food safety and quality standards are met at all times
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager regarding daily kitchen operations
  • Prepare menu items that delight guests and uphold the hotel’s exceptional dining experience
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies diligently
  • Adapt to a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
