Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and other kitchen equipment
- Comply with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen policies
- Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products at line stations to ensure smooth service
- Portion food products prior to cooking according to recipes
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station including grills, broilers, and fryers
- Assist in food prep assignments during off-peak periods
- Close the kitchen properly following closing checklist
- Attend team meetings and trainings
- Perform other duties such as dishwashing and bussing as assigned
