Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a cook in event or catering settings
- Availability to work on Saturday, October 4th
- Must wear designated uniform including black T-shirt or smock, black pants or jeans, and closed-toe non-slip shoes
- Ability to start shift onsite at 1:30 PM and work until approximately 11:00 PM
- Reliable transportation or access to parking lot
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in catering or event cooking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team

- Physical stamina to handle long shifts and standing periods
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food for cocktail hour and buffet dinner service
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet event standards
- Manage buffet setup and replenish food items as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and serving areas
- Coordinate with event staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards during food preparation
- Follow uniform and safety guidelines throughout the shift
