Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • related experience and/or training in the restaurant industry
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills
  • basic computer skills
  • ability to maintain a flexible schedule
  • ability to attend and complete ongoing training or certification programs
  • physical ability to stand for prolonged periods, lift up to 75 pounds occasionally, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • willingness to work near moving mechanical parts and with cleaning chemicals
  • ability to tolerate exposure to temperature variations and smoke
  • capacity to perform essential job functions up to an 8-hour shift
