Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year kitchen experience in a high-volume or fast-casual setting
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work as part of a team with a positive attitude
- Ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines
- Flexibility to work in Southern California or Dallas/Fort Worth locations
- Ability to attend team meetings and training sessions
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment
- Follow standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen policies
- Maintain food stock levels at line stations to ensure smooth service periods
- Portion food according to recipes and specifications prior to cooking
- Keep work stations clean and sanitary, including tables, grills, broilers, and fryers
- Assist with food preparation during off-peak hours
- Properly close the kitchen following the station's closing checklist
- Attend team meetings and training sessions
- Perform additional duties such as dishwashing and bussing as assigned
