Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED, or as required by state regulations
- One year cooking experience in a restaurant, health care or senior services setting for Cook position
- Two years cooking experience or completed culinary or vocational training or certification for Chef position
- Ability to follow established recipes and food safety regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure and within time limits
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Must accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies
- Flexible schedule without late-night shifts
Job Qualifications

- Cook: One year cooking experience in a restaurant, health care or senior services setting
- Chef: Two years cooking experience in a restaurant, health care or senior services setting or completed culinary training or certification or vocational training or certification in commercial food preparation
Job Duties
- Follow established corporate recipes or those identified by the Culinary Services Director
- Follow all ServSafe, governmental and corporate regulations for food safety and handling
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Adjust food items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific diet concerns
- Acts as liaison to front-of-house employees to ensure proper food service temperature
- Assists other cooks during the food assembly process
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitization of equipment and work areas
