Job Requirements

  • Food preparation skills
  • Knowledge of HACCP standards

  • Frequent use of sharp knives, utensils, and hot plates

Job Duties

  • Prepare cooked foods at various stations including fry, flat top griddle, pantry, and eggs cooking
  • Communicate ticket times and potential problems to management and servers
  • Follow recipes and product instructions for preparing and seasoning food
  • Taste products and estimate food requirements
  • Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment
  • Practice excellent food safety and sanitation practices
  • Operate kitchen equipment and handle ingredients
  • Stock, date, rotate, and check product temperatures
