Job Requirements
- Must have experience in food preparation
- ability to lift objects weighing up to 40 pounds frequently
- physical stamina for standing, walking, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, and bending
- ability to work in hot and noisy kitchen environments
- no education substitution for experience
- must provide proof of eligibility by closing date
- foreign education must be equivalent to U.S. standards

- Experience in and thorough knowledge of food preparation
- ability to plan, coordinate, and sequence meal preparation
- skill in adjusting recipes and recognizing fresh raw materials
- experience gained from a restaurant, club, or similar establishment

- capability to continuously stand, walk, stoop, reach, push, pull, and bend

Job Duties
- Perform various manual tasks in food preparation and service
- frequently lift objects up to 40 pounds
- stand and walk constantly during shifts
- occasionally lift heavier objects over 40 pounds
- plan and coordinate meal preparation steps
- adjust recipes for varying servings and substitutions
- judge food quality by color, consistency, temperature, odor, and taste
