Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food preparation preferred
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation
- excellent communication skills
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight
- willingness to learn and work collaboratively

Job Duties
- Prepare and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events
- Read and follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing food
- Operate grill stations and prepare food for a la carte service
- Attend work on time and maintain satisfactory attendance
- Reduce food waste and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
- Collaborate as a team player to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform other duties as assigned based on client requirements and business needs
