Job Requirements

Authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to work full-time hours including varied shifts
Willingness to comply with uniform and grooming standards
Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
Capacity to maintain a friendly and warm demeanor
Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment operation
Commitment to punctuality and reliable attendance

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role preferred
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with hotel or luxury dining standards is a plus
Food Handlers Safety certification preferred

Job Duties

Prepare all food items based on standardized recipes for various dining outlets
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety in kitchen and work areas
Approach encounters with guests and associates in a friendly service-oriented manner
Maintain regular attendance in compliance with scheduling requirements
Comply with certification requirements including Food Handlers Safety
Prepare and display buffet food items according to company standards
Maintain kitchen equipment cleanliness and operate safely
Break down buffets and store food and equipment properly
Attend meetings as required and perform additional duties as requested
