- Minimum 3 years of experience in a cooking or food preparation role
- Ability to work weekday morning shifts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality
- Ability to follow recipes and safety guidelines
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Physical ability to handle kitchen tasks and equipment safely

Job Duties
- Prepare large quantities, by various methods of cooking, meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables
- Seasons and cooks all cuts of various meats, fish, and poultry
- Boils, steams, or fries vegetables
- Makes gravies, soups, sauces, roasts, meat pies, fricassees, casseroles, and stews
- Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Perform other duties as assigned, which may differ among accounts depending on business necessities and client requirements
- Put customer service at the heart of everything you do
