Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Station ready to work at scheduled time in proper uniform
  • Maintain a brisk and steady pace while being organized with no unnecessary steps
  • Demonstrate 100 percent recipe knowledge when prepping or assisting with production steps
  • Use scales, measuring spoons, recipe cards and perform portion control tests
  • Maintain the kitchen and equipment in 'like new' condition while practicing clean as you go
  • Produce quality menu items with high productivity in both quality and quantity within specified time
  • Organize effectively to stock supplies before busy periods
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow
  • Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all OSHA guidelines
  • Handle safe food processing and food handling
  • Receive, rotate and stock food supplies
  • Provide prep support as needed
