Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years culinary experience
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings
- physical capability to perform kitchen duties including lifting and standing for extended periods
- knowledge of food safety standards including HACCP
- ability to use kitchen equipment safely
- willingness to comply with company safety policies
- ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Job Qualifications
- minimum of two years previous culinary experience
- knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety regulations
- ability to follow recipes and portion control standards
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- familiarity with HACCP standards and food safety protocols
- basic math skills for inventory and ordering

Job Duties
- prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules
- serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning, meeting outlined standards, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty
- uses established ticket collection procedures during service and maintains accurate records
- cleans kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and neat, ensuring food and supply items are stored per standards
- operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed
- assists in production planning, record keeping and reporting as required
