Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
  • Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
  • Physical demands include repetitive movements and sustained physical activity
  • Must comply with all health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a cook or in a food preparation role preferred
  • Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices
  • Ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic math skills for measuring ingredients
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Accommodate and stock preparation and line stations
  • Clean, sanitize, and organize kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
  • Check quality and freshness of ingredients
  • Prepare, season, and cook food according to recipes, specified quantities, and portion control systems
  • Inspect food preparation and serving areas and equipment for safe food handling practices compliance
  • Substitute for or assist other cooks and kitchen stations during busy periods
