Job Requirements

  • Food Handler Permit or ServSafe certification required by first day of work (applicable in Utah and Idaho only)
  • Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in safe food handling techniques
  • Understanding of workflow, prioritization, and deadlines
  • Ability to maintain sanitary and organized work environment
  • Physical ability to lift, stand for long periods, and tolerate temperature extremes

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes and instructions
  • Serve customers in various venues including catering, retail outlets, and patient care
  • Maintain an organized and sanitary working environment
  • Manage proper quantities of production with appropriate product rotation
  • Deliver patient meals, cashier, stock supplies, and operate ware-washing machines
  • Assemble specialty meals and catered items
  • Follow safe food handling and sanitation procedures
