Job Requirements
- Food Handler Permit or ServSafe certification required by first day of work (applicable in Utah and Idaho only)
- Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in safe food handling techniques
- Understanding of workflow, prioritization, and deadlines
- Ability to maintain sanitary and organized work environment
- Physical ability to lift, stand for long periods, and tolerate temperature extremes
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and instructions
- Serve customers in various venues including catering, retail outlets, and patient care
- Maintain an organized and sanitary working environment
- Manage proper quantities of production with appropriate product rotation
- Deliver patient meals, cashier, stock supplies, and operate ware-washing machines
- Assemble specialty meals and catered items
- Follow safe food handling and sanitation procedures
