Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in cooking or food preparation beneficial
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Adaptable and able to work varying shifts

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook a variety of hot and cold food items accurately and efficiently for different meal periods
- Follow recipes and product directions to ensure quality and consistency
- Serve customers at a la carte stations or operate a grill station as required
- Attend work punctually and maintain reliable attendance
- Reduce food waste by practicing portion control and efficient preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen
- Perform additional duties assigned based on business needs and client requirements
