Job Requirements

  • food preparation skills knowledge of HACCP standards
  • minimum of 1 year related cooking experience
  • ability to lift or move up to 40 pounds
  • ability to bend twist and stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • prepare cooked foods across fry flat top griddle pantry and egg stations
  • follow recipes and product directions for preparing seasoning cooking tasting carving and serving food items
  • communicate ticket times and potential issues to manager on duty and servers
  • clean and sanitize workstations and equipment
  • practice food safety and sanitation complying with HACCP standards
  • operate kitchen equipment
  • measure and mix ingredients wash peel cut and shred fruits and vegetables
  • stock date rotate and check temperature of products
