Job Requirements
- food preparation skills knowledge of HACCP standards
- minimum of 1 year related cooking experience
- ability to lift or move up to 40 pounds
- ability to bend twist and stand for extended periods

- frequent use of sharp knives utensils and hot cooking surfaces

Job Duties
- prepare cooked foods across fry flat top griddle pantry and egg stations
- follow recipes and product directions for preparing seasoning cooking tasting carving and serving food items
- communicate ticket times and potential issues to manager on duty and servers
- clean and sanitize workstations and equipment
- practice food safety and sanitation complying with HACCP standards
- operate kitchen equipment
- measure and mix ingredients wash peel cut and shred fruits and vegetables
- stock date rotate and check temperature of products
