Job Requirements

Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
ability to bend, reach, squat, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous cooking experience preferred but not required
knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines
strong teamwork and communication skills
attention to detail and multitasking ability

Job Duties

Accommodate and stock preparation and line stations
clean, disinfect, and organize the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
check the quality and freshness of ingredients
prepare, season, and cook food according to recipes, specified quantities, and portion control systems
inspect food preparation and serving areas, utensils, and equipment to ensure compliance with safe and sanitary food handling practices
substitute or assist other cooks and kitchen stations during peak periods
