Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

- Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred

Job Duties
- Accommodate and stock preparation and line stations
- Clean, sanitize, and organize kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
- Check the quality and freshness of ingredients
- Prepare, season, and cook food according to recipes, indicated quantities, and specifications while maintaining portion control systems
- Inspect food preparation and serving areas, utensils, and equipment to ensure adherence to safe and sanitary food handling practices
- Substitute for or assist other cooks and kitchen stations during peak activity periods
