Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have reliable transportation
- 6 months restaurant or hospitality industry experience preferred
- Must be able to work with all Denny's menu items
- Must have the ability to follow set recipes and brand standards
- Must be able to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Must demonstrate a Guests First attitude
Job Duties
- Prepare guest selections following set recipes and brand standards
- Honor guest requests for special orders
- Correctly call the wheel to manage orders
- Clean, complete side work, and organize supplies
- Monitor waste and other food cost controls
- Assist other team members proactively
- Provide total guest satisfaction
