Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must pass background checks if applicable
- Legal authorization to work in the country
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks typical of kitchen work
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cooking or food preparation experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Duties
- Prepare delicious sandwiches and salads to Mendocino Farms standards
- Assist with food prep and overall kitchen operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
- Collaborate with team members to provide excellent guest service
- Participate in tip pooling with other team members
- Adapt to flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
