Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must pass background checks if applicable
  • Legal authorization to work in the country
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks typical of kitchen work

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous cooking or food preparation experience is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare delicious sandwiches and salads to Mendocino Farms standards
  • Assist with food prep and overall kitchen operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
  • Ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
  • Collaborate with team members to provide excellent guest service
  • Participate in tip pooling with other team members
  • Adapt to flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
