Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years old
ability to communicate clearly
commitment to making an impact
physical ability to stand and move for long periods
ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely
willingness to work in hot and damp conditions
ability to adhere to health and safety protocols including wearing protective coverings and handwashing

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior cooking or food preparation experience is advantageous
strong communication and teamwork skills
ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation
willingness to learn and grow within the company
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

prepare a variety of menu items consistently and accurately
maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen
communicate effectively with team members and front-of-house staff
follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear
manage time efficiently to ensure orders are completed promptly
lift and move kitchen supplies up to 50 pounds
adhere to health and hygiene guidelines throughout shift
