- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, days, weekends and holidays
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and balance fluctuating workload

Job Duties
- Ensure station is ready to work at scheduled time in proper uniform
- Maintain a brisk and steady pace with organized workflow and no unnecessary steps
- Follow 100 percent recipe adherence during food preparation
- Use scales, measuring spoons, recipe cards, and perform portion control tests
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment in like new condition
- Complete assigned work quantity within specified time period while maintaining quality
- Stock supplies ahead of rush periods and support prep as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain safe working conditions and follow OSHA and food safety guidelines
