Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Two years of work or related experience preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, days, weekends and holidays
Ability to handle multiple tasks and balance fluctuating workload
Good communication skills
Ability to work well in a team
Commitment to safety and food handling standards

Job Duties

Ensure station is ready to work at scheduled time in proper uniform
Maintain a brisk and steady pace with organized workflow and no unnecessary steps
Follow 100 percent recipe adherence during food preparation
Use scales, measuring spoons, recipe cards, and perform portion control tests
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment in like new condition
Complete assigned work quantity within specified time period while maintaining quality
Stock supplies ahead of rush periods and support prep as needed
Work collaboratively with team members to maintain safe working conditions and follow OSHA and food safety guidelines
