Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to communicate effectively
- willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment
- capability to stand for up to four hours and perform physical activities such as bending and lifting
- able to handle working in hot and damp environments
- ability to use small tools and kitchen equipment
- willingness to follow health and safety protocols including wearing protective gear
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous kitchen or food preparation experience is an asset but not required
- ability to communicate clearly with team members
- strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- commitment to workplace safety and hygiene
- ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods
Job Duties
- prepare menu items according to company recipes and standards
- communicate effectively with team members and management
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations
- adhere to health and safety regulations including use of protective gear
- lift and move items up to 50 pounds safely
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- follow sanitation and hygiene protocols consistently
