Job Requirements

  • Age 21+
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Oregon Food Handler's certification
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Experience preparing healthy meals and accommodating dietary restrictions
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve nutritious, homemade meals, snacks, and desserts for 10-20 people daily, accommodating various dietary needs
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen and dining area, including dishwashing duties
  • Follow all health department regulations for food prep, storage, and sanitation
  • Build positive relationships with clients and staff through kindness, consistency, and professionalism
  • Participate in mandatory trainings related to cooking, food safety, and behavioral health to support a safe and therapeutic environment
