Job Duties
- Prepare and cook a wide variety of foods following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to comply with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service during operations
- Assist in managing inventory including the timely ordering and rotation of stock to minimize waste
- Adapt recipes to accommodate specific dietary requests and preferences
- Participate in menu planning and development with the culinary team
- Monitor portion sizes and maintain ingredient quality to ensure consistency and control costs
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation procedures including proper storage standards for all food items
