Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- certification in food safety and sanitation
- minimum two years of food service experience in healthcare
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- leadership and supervisory skills
- ability to work under pressure and make decisions independently

Job Duties
- Prepare and distribute all food production in the Dietary department
- supervise all Dietary department personnel in the absence of the Food Service Director
- ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- manage inventory and supply control to support daily food production
- provide leadership and motivation to professional and nonprofessional staff
- communicate effectively with residents, family members, healthcare personnel, and government agencies
- seek out and implement new food service methods and principles
