Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior cooking experience preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and menus
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work different shifts

Job Duties
- Follow the approved menu program or approved substitution menu that meets nutritional requirements as directed
- Respond to resident likes and dislikes maintaining high resident satisfaction
- Ensure that all foods are prepared to satisfaction of residents and in accordance with safe food handling practices
- Store all food items appropriately and date properly
- Help maintain a clean kitchen
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed
