Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • Two to five years of experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • Passionate about service and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • Compliance with health and safety protocols including vaccination and use of personal protective equipment

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary training or relevant cooking experience
  • Strong desire to learn and grow in a culinary career
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for providing exceptional hospitality and food experiences
  • Experience working in a full scratch kitchen preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to seasonal menus and local ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and flawless dish execution
  • Build personal connections with residents and guests through in-person interactions
  • Adhere to health and safety standards, including food handling and sanitation
  • Communicate effectively and positively with team members
  • Embrace and adapt to evolving food service industry practices
