Job Requirements

  • Line cook experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant
  • 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line or prep cook station
  • Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
  • Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
  • Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
  • Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests including physical and TB tests
  • Comply with company health policies including COVID-19 vaccination and PPE use as required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a full scratch kitchen or restaurant setting
  • Strong culinary skills with ability to prepare and present dishes from scratch
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for providing exceptional food experiences
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Prepare fresh dishes from scratch using seasonal and local ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
  • Collaborate with culinary team to develop and execute seasonal menu items
  • Ensure timely and accurate food preparation for residents and guests
  • Communicate effectively with staff and residents maintaining a friendly demeanor
  • Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Participate in inventory management and quality control processes
