Job Requirements

Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods
ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
basic food safety knowledge or willingness to learn
must be at least 16 years old
ability to follow instructions accurately
good time management skills

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong teamwork and communication skills
willingness to learn and adapt quickly
prior cooking or food preparation experience is a plus but not required
positive attitude and dependable work ethic

Job Duties

Prep ingredients for meals
cook menu items according to Cracker Barrel recipes and standards
plate food attractively and accurately
maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
work collaboratively with team members to ensure timely service
follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
handle multiple kitchen tasks efficiently
