- ability to operate multiple food service equipment
- knowledge of food safety
- customer service skills
- prior food handling or grill cook experience preferred
- ServSafe certification preferred
Job Qualifications

- ability to read English to follow recipes, read menus and meal tickets
- ability to speak proficient English
- must have basic knife skills
- ability to operate food service equipment including grill, fryer, slicer, ovens, stovetop, microwave, robot coupe, steamer, kettles, Bain Marie, mixers, tilt skillet, and steamtables
- strong customer service skills
- food safety knowledge
- prior food handling or grill cook experience preferred
- ServSafe certification preferred
Job Duties
- Following recipes
- prepping, cooking, and serving foods for a fast-paced Patient Cook-to-Order Room Service line
- prepping and cooking foods for the cafeteria
- cleaning equipment and work areas
- adhering to strict food safety guidelines
- maintaining basic knife skills and operating various food service equipment
- providing strong customer service while preparing and serving food
