Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
  • Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to follow detailed recipes and portion control guidelines
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Accommodate and stock preparation and line stations
  • Clean, sanitize, and organize kitchen area, equipment, and utensils
  • Check quality and freshness of ingredients
  • Prepare, season, and cook foods according to recipes, specified quantities, and portion control systems
  • Inspect food preparation and service areas, utensils, and equipment to ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation practices
  • Substitute for or assist other cooks and kitchen positions during busy periods
