Job Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
- Minimum of three years of previous kitchen experience
- Knowledge of basic knife skills and various kitchen equipment and tools
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and regulations, as well as time and temperature knowledge
- Food Handlers Certification required
- ServeSafe Certification required

- Minimum of three years of previous kitchen experience
- Knowledge of basic knife skills and various kitchen equipment and tools
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and regulations, as well as time and temperature knowledge
- Food Handlers Certification required
- ServeSafe Certification required
- Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar
Job Duties
- Assist with the preparation and service of menu items including pantry items, salads, soups, sauces and pre-preparation of ingredients for entrees
- Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours so that the excellence, quality, temperature and appearance of food is preserved
- Cook food to order in a timely manner, including grilling sauteing, baking and blanching while keeping ticket orders down
- Correctly prepare and cook all food served following standard recipes and special diet orders
- Complete food temperature checks before service
- Assist with banquet preparation, cooking and service
- Collaborate with both the Culinary Team and Service Team to ensure service to guests is perfect
