Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a similar cooking role preferred
  • Ability to follow safety and hygiene standards
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods
  • San Bernardino Food Handlers Card obtained within 14 days after employment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Job Duties

  • Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards
  • Ensure kitchen safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations
  • Monitor inventory and assist with food preparation
  • Work closely with kitchen staff and management for smooth service
