Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a similar cooking role preferred
Ability to follow safety and hygiene standards
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Physical ability to stand for extended periods
San Bernardino Food Handlers Card obtained within 14 days after employment
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Prior cooking experience in a restaurant setting is preferred
Knowledge of seafood preparation is a plus
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
San Bernardino Food Handlers Card within 14 days after employment

Job Duties

Prepare and cook menu items to order including fried, grilled, and specialty seafood dishes
Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards
Ensure kitchen safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations
Monitor inventory and assist with food preparation
Work closely with kitchen staff and management for smooth service
