Job Requirements
- Previous culinary experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work full time including Saturday through Wednesday
- Adherence to safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow standardized recipes and instructions
- Compliance with company policies
- Ability to use kitchen equipment safely

Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
- Serve meals or prepare for delivery using correct portioning and maintaining proper temperature
- Use established ticket collection procedures during service
- Clean kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining cleanliness standards
- Store or discard excess food following safe food-handling procedures
- Keep refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized, ensuring food storage standards
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed
- Assist in production planning, record keeping, and reporting
- Assist in ordering and receiving food and supplies
- Report maintenance needs, faulty equipment, or accidents to supervisor
- Attend in-service and safety meetings
- Maintain good working relationships with coworkers, customers, and managers
- Perform duties safely while maintaining a clean work environment
- Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and food temperature following HACCP standards
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
