Job Requirements
- Food Handler Permit or ServSafe certification
- demonstrated ability to read and communicate effectively in English
- demonstrated ability to work independently and part of a team
- demonstrated ability to utilize safe food handling techniques
- ability to understand workflow, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- ability to provide exceptional customer service (preferred)
- knowledge of modified diets and specialized food preparation (preferred)
- experience operating commercial cooking equipment (preferred)
Job Qualifications
- Food Handler Permit or ServSafe certification required by the first day of work (required in Utah and Idaho)
- ability to read and communicate effectively in English

- knowledge of safe food handling techniques
- ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- experience providing exceptional customer service (preferred)
- understanding of modified diets and appropriate food preparation techniques (preferred)

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and instructions
- serve customers in various venues including catering, retail, and patient care
- prepare bulk food items and assemble specialty meals and catered items
- maintain an organized and sanitary working environment
- ensure proper quantities of food production with appropriate product rotation
- interact effectively with customers
- deliver patient meals, cashier, stock supplies, and operate ware-washing machines as needed
