Job Requirements
- Food preparation skills
- knowledge of HACCP standards
- minimum one year of related cooking experience
- ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and policy documents
- ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
- ability to bend, twist and stand for long periods
- willingness to work in hot environments
- ability to use sharp knives and kitchen utensils
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum one year of closely related cooking experience
- knowledge of HACCP standards
- experience in high volume or casual dining restaurant environment preferred
- ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions and policy documents

Job Duties
- Prepare cooked foods and perform all station functions including Fry, Flat Top Griddle, Pantry, and cooking eggs
- communicate ticket times and potential issues to manager on duty and servers
- provide highest quality service to customers and associates
- follow recipes and product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving and serving food items
- clean and sanitize work stations and equipment
- practice excellent food safety and sanitation practices and comply with HACCP standards
- operate kitchen equipment
- measure and mix ingredients
- stock, date, rotate and check temperature of product
