Job Requirements

- Culinary school diploma or degree in a related field
- Experience in a high-volume catering environment
- Knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques
Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of cold dishes such as salads sandwiches and desserts according to recipes or chef's instructions
- Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high quality and presentation
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with inventory and kitchen organization
- Collaborate with the chef and the cooks to ensure client satisfaction
