- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Prepares Hot Choice Buffet products according to Golden Corral recipes and procedures
- grills all items to standards ensuring quality
- ensures fried products are fresh and hot
- restocks items at Display Cooking Station if Buffet Attendant is unavailable
- assists guests with carved meat options if Carver is unavailable
- follows buffet production system for quality and shelf life compliance
- maintains correct temperature of all products during cooking holding and serving
