Job Requirements

Minimum age 18 or older, based on state and local requirement
Available to work weekend and holiday shifts
Ability to stand continuously, bend and lift up to 60 pounds
Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment

Job Qualifications

Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, spec charts in English
Able to competently operate the grill, fryers, oven, and other kitchen equipment
Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team culture

Job Duties

Follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling & storage
